Terms of service

Return Window: 30 days from receiving your item.

Conditions: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase required.

How to Start a Return: Email us at contact@reeshah.store. We’ll provide instructions.

Shipping: Returns must be shipped to the address we give you. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or wrong.

Approval/Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges: Allowed only for defective or damaged items.

Exceptions: Some items may not be returnable (like personalized or perishable goods, if applicable).
